1. How do I place an order on Funtos Mart?
Simply browse our collections, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details, choose a payment method, and you're done!
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay)
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (Available on selected products/locations)
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also log in to your account on funtos.in to view the order status.
4. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. For remote areas, it might take a little longer.
5. Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹499. For orders below that amount, a nominal shipping fee may apply, which will be shown at checkout.
6. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. To request changes, contact us at help.funtos@gmail.com as soon as possible.
7. What is your return policy?
We offer easy returns on most items within 5 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. To initiate a return, contact our support team.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
9. Do you offer support for damaged or wrong products?
Absolutely! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right.
